1. About These Terms

These terms govern your use of the Vectora website and your enrolment in any course offered by Vectora. They form the agreement between you and Vectora (222 Chaeng Watthana Road, Thung Song Hong, Lak Si, Bangkok 10210, Thailand). References to "we", "us", or "our" mean Vectora. References to "you" mean the person using the site or enrolled in a course.

2. Using This Website

You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes related to exploring or purchasing our courses. You agree not to:

• Use the site in any way that disrupts its normal operation or the experience of other visitors.
• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content from this site without our written permission.
• Use automated tools to scrape, index, or extract content from the site.
• Submit false or misleading information through any forms on the site.

We reserve the right to restrict access to the site if these terms are not followed.

3. Course Enrolment

When you enrol in a course, you enter into a contract with Vectora for the delivery of that course. The terms of delivery are as follows:

• Course access begins after payment is confirmed and your account has been set up. Setup is typically completed within one to two business days.
• Course materials are made available online through our learning platform for the duration of your enrolment period, as stated in the course description.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the prerequisite knowledge described for each course before enrolling.
• Course content, scheduling, and structure may be revised from time to time to maintain quality. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled learners in advance.

4. Payments and Pricing

All prices are listed in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is required in full at the time of enrolment. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

Prices are subject to change. If you have enrolled and paid, the price at the time of your payment applies to your enrolment and will not change retroactively.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

We want you to feel comfortable enrolling. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Within 7 days of enrolment, before any course materials have been accessed: A full refund will be provided on request.
• Within 7 days of enrolment, after accessing course materials: A partial refund of 50% may be offered at our discretion, depending on the extent of materials accessed.
• After 7 days of enrolment: Refunds are not available except in cases of a significant failure to deliver the course as described, or where required by applicable Thai consumer protection law.

To request a cancellation or refund, email [email protected] with your name, course, and enrolment date. We will respond within 5 business days.

6. Course Completion Records

On completing a course, learners receive a course completion record from Vectora. This record reflects participation and completion of the course requirements. It is issued by Vectora and is not an accredited qualification from a government or professional body. We do not make claims about its recognition by employers or institutions — its value will depend on context and the recipient.

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials — including written content, videos, exercises, and assessments — are the intellectual property of Vectora unless otherwise noted. You may access and use these materials for your own personal learning during your enrolment. You may not copy, distribute, sell, or make course materials available to others in any form, in whole or in part, without our written permission. This applies during and after your enrolment period.

8. Your Conduct as a Learner

We ask all learners to engage with their courses and with instructors and cohort members respectfully. In particular, you agree:

• Not to submit work that is not your own in assignments or exercises.
• Not to share course access credentials with others.
• To communicate with instructors and staff in a respectful, constructive manner.
• Not to use course platforms to distribute content unrelated to the course.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate course access without refund where these expectations are seriously or repeatedly not met.

9. Our Liability

We take care to deliver courses as described and to maintain a reliable platform. However:

• We do not make commitments about specific learning outcomes, career results, or employment prospects arising from completing a course. Progress depends on each learner's effort and circumstances.
• We are not liable for losses arising from technical interruptions to the platform, provided we take reasonable steps to restore access promptly.
• Our total liability to you in connection with a course is limited to the fees you paid for that course.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by applicable Thai law.

10. Links to Other Websites

Our courses and website may contain links to external tools, resources, and documentation. These links are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of any third-party site. Visiting external sites is at your own discretion.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. If you are an enrolled learner and the changes materially affect your course, we will notify you by email. Continued use of the site or your course after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these terms or from your use of our courses will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
