2. Data We Collect

• Enrolment: Name, email address, and payment information processed through our payment provider. We do not store card details directly.
• Course platform: Account login information, submitted exercises and projects, and correspondence with instructors during your course.
• Website analytics: Anonymised usage data through analytics tools, including pages visited and device type. See Section 5 on cookies.

We collect only what we need for the purpose stated. We don't ask for information we don't use.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To respond to enquiries: Name and contact details submitted through our form are used to reply to your question. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
• To deliver courses: Enrolment data is used to provide course access, manage your progress, and communicate with you about your course. Legal basis: contract performance.
• To issue completion records: Your name and course details are used to generate the record issued on completing a course. Legal basis: contract performance.
• To improve course materials: Anonymous feedback and aggregate course data may be used to revise our curriculum. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
• To comply with law: We may retain records as required by Thai law, including tax and accounting records.

We do not sell personal data. We do not send marketing emails unless you've opted in.

Enquiry data: retained for 12 months or until the enquiry is resolved, whichever is later. Enrolment and course records: retained for 5 years after course completion to enable issuance of completion records on request and to meet tax record requirements. Platform activity data: retained for the duration of your course plus 1 year. You may request deletion of your data at any time — see Section 7.

We use a limited number of third-party services to operate our courses and website. These include:

9. Children's Privacy

Our courses are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted data through our site, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top and, where appropriate, notify enrolled learners by email. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
